If you've lost or found an item on Burlington Transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 905-639-0550 during hours of operation to speak with one of our staff (you cannot leave a message on this phone line, so if needed, please call back or email). If you're trying to locate a lost item please include the date, approximate time of travel and the route you travelled on. If you are reporting an item found, please contact us for further details.
All items are held at the downtown Transit Terminal (430 John St.) for a period of 30 days. Any item left unclaimed for longer than 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
